1.) What formats are the e-books available in?
Our eBooks are available in PDF, EPUB, and MOBI. You get ALL versions with your purchase.
2.) How do I get my download after purchasing?
After your payment is processed through Paypal, your download links will soon appear in your account, usually within minutes. In your account, check the COMPLETED ORDERS section for the download links or search for the book in your LIBRARY. To send your e-book to your Kindle, use the SEND TO KINDLE feature at the bottom of your book download page. If you have any issues, please contact evernightpublishing@gmail.com
3.) The file is zipped. How do I open it?
Books released before August 2012 will have two download links, one is a PDF file, the other is a zipped file containing PDF, EPUB and PRC formats. You can select to download one or both. All current releases will have all file formats available for download individually. We are in the process of adding MOBI files to all our older books. 4.) How do I SEND TO KINDLE?
We have a new "Send to Kindle" feature in our store. Books with a MOBI files are eligible. We are currently adding MOBI files to our older books published before 2012. For this feature to work, your Evernight account email address must be added to your Approved Person Document Email List in your Amazon Kindle account.
To approve your e-mail address:
1. Visit Manage Your Content and Devices page on Amazon.
2. Sign-in to Amazon account.
3. Go to "Personal Document Settings" under "Manage Your Content and Devices".
4. Under "Approved Personal Document E-mail List" click "Add a new approved e-mail address.
5. Enter the e-mail address to approve and select "Add Address."
6. You can now receive books sent from your personal email address to your Kindle.
5.) How do I purchase a print book?
We only sells eBooks on our website. Most of our books are available for purchase in paperback on Amazon.
Evernight does not handle print sales or shipping. Select books are POD (print-on-demand) through Amazon.
6.) I accidentally deleted my eBook or I bought a new eReader and can't transfer my eBooks to the new device. What can I do?
Once you register an Evernight account, the books you purchase will always be in your account if you ever need to download them again for whatever reason. You can search your LIBRARY by book or author name. If you ever have any difficulty, please email us for assistance at evernightpublishing@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
7.) How do I find out the word count of a book before I purchase it?
If you scroll over the cover art on a product page, it will display the word count and other relevant information about the book.
8.) How do I find other books in a series?
If you scroll to the very bottom of a product page, you will find "Other Books in this Series" featured and a "SEE ALL" link to bring you to the series page. Please note, this is a brand new feature and not all series have been updated.
9.) I don't have a PayPal account, can I use a credit card to purchase?
Yes! You select the regular proceed to payment and when you arrive on PayPal's secure site, you will be given two choices: Have a PayPal Account? and Don't have a PayPal Account? If you click the second option, you can use a credit card or debit card and do NOT need to sign up for PayPal account.
10.) Does Evernight Teen publish children's books?
No. We publish Young Adult books suitable for 14+ age groups
